Bob is the owner of i50fit. He is a personal fitness trainer and nutritional counselor certified by the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI) and is currently pursuing his accreditation with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Bob is also a certified Silver Sneakers instructor.
Bob focuses on coaching those 50 and over, and is specifically trained to adapt activities for people with medical conditions and physical limitations.
With more than 30 years experience as a business owner and lifelong fitness enthusiast, Bob has turned his full attention toward being a certified personal trainer.
