What would help you feel your best? What are your real goals? You may want to race the Broad Street Run. Or play 18 rounds of golf. Or you may even just want to feel as good as you did a few years ago (and who wouldn't mind having a little less to pinch around the waist?)

i50fit is all about functional fitness—exercises and movements that allow you to achieve your goals as well as move through your day with the confidence, energy and the sense of well being you deserve.

Whether you're new to exercise or have always been active, i50fit makes it easy. With regular sessions in your own home, office, or in our gym, you can work toward feeling stronger, looking your best and moving better.

You don't need a lot of space or workout equipment. We bring it all, including the motivation and the knowledge to help you achieve realistic goals.

Exercise with someone who meets you where you are—physically and mentally. Email Bob@i50fit.com or call 215.353.6846 today!
